Day 1:
Departure Flight.

Day 2: London
Arrive London airport, meet your Teach By Travel tour manager, and board your coach for a panoramic sightseeing tour of London. The tour will pass iconic landmarks including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

Day 3: London
Morning guided city sightseeing tour of London. Highlights include a 'flight' on the London Eye, a tour inside Westminster Abbey, a cruise on the River Thames, admission to the Tower of London with lunch, and a visit inside St Paul's Cathedral. Tonight a pre-theater dinner and tickets to a West End performance, with private transfers, are included.

Day 4: Canterbury Excursion
Travel to the Garden of England and the well-preserved medieval city of Canterbury. A local guide shows you the maze of winding streets and a cathedral guide explains the wonders of Canterbury Cathedral, the head seat of the Church of England since 597. On your return to London, stop in Rochester where a costumed guide takes you on a walking tour in this beautiful Dickensian city.

Day 5: Winchester
Travel southwest and stop at the mysterious stone circle of Stonehenge, before spending time in the cathedral city of Salisbury. Built in 1258 the medieval cathedral is one of the finest in England and houses one of the Magna Cartas. Written in 1215 this book is even older than the cathedral itself. Continue to Winchester for a visit to the 11th-Century Cathedral, which contains many tombs, some from the 12th Century, along with "modern" examples such as those of Jane Austen and T. E. Lawrence.

Day 6: Bath - Stratford-upon-Avon
A drive through the pleasant countryside of Wiltshire brings you to the unique World Heritage Site of Bath.Visit Bath Abbey, sometimes called the Lantern of the West because of its enormous clear glass windows. Visit also the Roman Baths and Pump Room, Pulteney Bridge and The Royal Crescent. Proceed to Stratford-upon-Avon for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Coventry - Stratford-upon-Avon
Start the day with a journey to Coventry and its Cathedral. Return to Stratford-upon-Avon to visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare and the Elizabethan home of Anne Hathaway. Dinner and overnight in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Day 8: York
Board your coach and travel north to Yorkshire and the remarkable and well-preserved city of York. Your tour manager will escort you through winding cobble-stoned streets to meet an expert cathedral guide for a tour of stunning York Minster, one of the world's greatest cathedrals.

Day 9: Durham - York
A short journey north brings you to the historic city of Durham. The city, perched high on a peninsula above the River Wear, is one of the most stunning in Europe. The cathedral can trace its history back over 1000 years and is the final resting place of St Cuthbert and the Venerable Bede. Return to the city of York with free time, perhaps to explore the Richard III Museum in the Monk Bar Tower, walk the well-preserved city walls or visit the excellent York Castle Museum.

Day 10: Ely - Cambridge - London
Travelling south, reach the farmlands of Cambridgeshire and the area known as "The Fens" where you'll experience a guided tour of Ely Cathedral, built in the 11th Century on the site of an earlier Saxon shrine. On the journey back to London stop to appreciate the beauty of the ancient city center of Cambridge with an included visit to King's College Chapel, one of the most iconic buildings in the world. Return to London for a Farewell Pub Dinner.

Day 11:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
