Teach By Travel - Cultural Treasures - Country Combination Tours
Day 1:
Departure Flight.
Day 2: Paris
Arrive Paris airport and meet your Teach by Travel tour manager. After your orientation briefing there will be free time to explore on your own before dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Paris
The City of Light is yours today, starting with your guided city sightseeing tour. See the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral, Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, and more, ending with entrance to the Louvre. Free time this afternoon to stay in the Louvre, window shop along the Champs-Elysées, or climb the steps to Sacre Coeur for spectacular views of the city.
Day 4: Paris - Venice
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Venice. Free time to explore this magical city of twisting alleyways and canals before dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Venice
Morning guided city sightseeing tour of Venice. See the Grand Canal, St. Mark's Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs and Doge's Palace. Free time to visit the open air markets, shop for souvenirs or visit Rialto Bridge. Dinner and overnight in Venice.
Day 6: Venice - Florence
Board your motorcoach and journey to the Renaissance city of Florence. Time to stroll the Ponte Vecchio or sit at a sidewalk cafe and sip a cappuccino.
Day 7: Florence
Start your day with a guided city tour of Florence. Sightseeing includes the Duomo, the Doors of Paradise, Santa Croce and more, including entrance to the Accademia to see Michelangelo's famous 'David.' Leisure time to visit the Pitti Palace or the Boboli Gardens before dinner and overnight in Florence.
Day 8: Florence - Rome
Morning departure from Florence - continue on to the Eternal City, Rome. Time to explore the lively scene at the Spanish Steps before dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 9: Rome
Guided city sightseeing tour of Rome, including the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Free time to window shop along the Via Veneto or visit the Baths of Caracalla. Dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 10: Rome
Guided tour of Ancient Rome this morning. See the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Circus Maximus and more. Don't forget to toss a coin in the Trevi Fountain to ensure your return to Rome!
Day 11:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
