Day 1:
Departure Flight.

Day 2: Segovia - Valladolid
Arrive Madrid and meet your tour manager, who specializes in wine knowledge. Transfer to Segovia for a guided tour. Segovia is Spain and Castile at its best - twisting alleyways, the highest concentration of Romanesque churches in all of Europe, pedestrian streets where no cars are allowed, the aroma of roast suckling pig around every corner - all surrounded by the city's medieval wall. Also view the magnificent Roman Aqueduct, the largest and best preserved of its kind. Lunch is included at the famous Restaurante Candido. This evening, enjoy a typical Castilian dinner, at the Hotel Melía Olid in Valladolid, accompanied by Ribera del Duero’s best wines. Overnight in Valladolid.

Day 3: Valladolid - Burgos
Your guided tour includes visits to some well chosen bodegas, followed by wine tasting. Visit Centro de Interpretación vitivinicola Emina at Ctra Renedo for a look at Spanish wine making, followed by a visit to Bodegas Emilio Moro- synonymous with high expression wines. Continue to Burgos for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Burgos - Haro
A local guide takes you on a visit of Burgos, including one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Spain. Afternoon visit to D.O Rioja – Viñedos del Ternero Miranda de Ebro. Dinner and overnight in Haro.

Day 5: Haro
Visit of one of the most popular wine cellars in Spain, Bodegas “Muga” Barrio de la estación. The vineyards of Bodegas Muga are located in the northern region of the province of La Rioja, in the Oja and Tirón river valleys in the sub-region of the Qualified Designation of Origin known as La Rioja Alta. The bodegas themselves are located near the train station on the outskirts of Haro, the historical home of La Rioja's most prestigious bodegas. Free afternoon to discover the city of Haro in the company of your tour manager. Overnight in Haro.

Day 6: Bilbao - San Sebastian
Morning departure to Bilbao. Guided city sightseeing of the old city including entrance fees to the Guggenheim Museum, a modern art museum. The structure, designed by Frank Gehry's architectural firm and opened to the public in 1997, immediately vaulted to prominence as one of the world's most spectacular post-modern buildings. The exhibitions in the museum itself change often, but most exposed work concerns 20th century art; traditional paintings and sculptures are often in a minority compared to installations and electronic forms. Cooking class tonight at Rte Branka in San Sebastian. Overnight in San Sebastian.

Day 7: San Sebastian
Enjoy a full day exploring the charming coastal city of San Sebastian, starting with a guided city sightseeing tour. Overnight in San Sebastian.

Day 8: Pamplona - Madrid
Stop in the famous city of Pamplona, well known through Hemingway and the running of the bulls, enroute to Madrid. Dinner and overnight in Madrid.

Day 9: Madrid
Morning guided city sightseeing tour of Madrid, including entrance to the Prado Museum, where you will see masterpieces by Goya, Velazquez, and El Greco. Try your hand at the drama and passion of the famous flamenco today with included flamenco classes followed by a flamenco show at Corral de la Moreria.

Day 10:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
