Teach By Travel - London and Paris - Country Combination Tours
Day 1:
Departure Flight.
Day 2: London
Land at London airport, meet your Teach by Travel tour manager, and transfer to your hotel to relax and unpack. Dinner and overnight in London.
Day 3: London
Start your first morning in London with a guided city sightseeing tour. See Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Parliament, Buckingham Palace and more. Free afternoon to visit the British Museum, shop at world famous Harrods, or along trendy Oxford Street. Enjoy your included London Theater performance this evening.
Day 4: London
Free day in London, or take an optional excursion to Windsor Castle, an official residence of the Queen of England. After exploring the castle, time to wander through the quaint streets of Windsor. Return to London for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: London - Paris
Board the Eurostar train for a speedy transfer (approximately 3 hours) to Paris. Free time to try out the Metro, visit the d'Orsay Museum, or have your portrait sketched by an artist in Montmartre.
Day 6: Paris
Start your first morning in Paris with a guided city sightseeing tour. See the world famous symbol of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe, and more, ending with entrance to the Louvre. You may want to spend your free afternoon in the Louvre, or window shop along the Rue de Rivoli. See why Paris is called "The City of Lights" this evening on your included Seine River Cruise.
Day 7: Paris - Versailles
Morning excursion to Versailles, the country home of the Sun King, Louis XIV. See the glamour of the Hall of Mirrors, the Grand Apartments, and the splendid Trianon Gardens for a glimpse of palace life. Free afternoon to shop along the Champs-Elysées, or climb the steps to Sacre Coeur, for spectacular views of the city. Dinner and overnight in Paris.
Day 8:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
